I founded The Spark because I've seen first-hand what happens when organisations grow and change, but the way they work doesn't keep pace.

Over the last 20 years, I've partnered with businesses, leaders and teams across sectors including the Royal Household, regulated industries, charities and high growth scale up’s.

I've learned that many people-performance challenges emerge when the demands placed on people, leaders and teams evolve faster than the way the organisation works. It’s usually a sign that people need help adapting to what's changed.

I don't believe training is always the answer.

And I believe in diagnosing before prescribing.
